Phil Albury – President

Born in the United Kingdom, Phil grew up sailing from a young age on his grandfathers’ self built Snap Dragon 24. After spending a few years teething on jib sheets, he enrolled in the RYA School of Sailing where he received his first certification at the age of 16. Several year later he moved to the US to teach youth sports. He now is able to combine his passion for sailing with his zest for teaching and enjoys every minute of it.

Allison Pitts – VP Marketing & Events

Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, Allison has spent a great deal of time near or on the water. In her youth, she sailed on her parents Olsen 30 where she first discovered her love of the ocean. Working for Nautic Share enables her to be close to the bay, allowing her to pursue her passion for sailing.

Dan Eliseian – Sailing School Director

Dan is a licensed Coast Guard captain and ASA certified instructor with over 15 years of experience as a professional sailor. Dan’s home port is San Francisco. His spirit of adventure has taken him to the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, Hawaii, and both coasts of the United States. With Dan’s breezy teaching style, his students regularly describe his classes as “fun and informative.”Live Slow, Sail Fast!” is Dan’s motto, so come join him for the fun.
